The owners really go out of their way to think of everything. Stuff to do for the kids, facilities, etc. It was a wonderful stay with my family and we would 100 do it again. Owners were quick to answer messages and even came out on new years day when we had problems with something.

We had a lovely stay at Ty Ffarm for our son's wedding weekend. The property is gorgeous, with fantastic views and absolutely everything that you could want for a stay comfortable, homely, loads of toysgamesbooks etc, everything you would need in a kitchen plus more. Hosts are great and hot tub was fab for stargazing in November. Would definitely recommend for a family break and hope to go again. It is a 10min drive to a large supermarket but you feel you are in the middle of nowhere peaceful and lovely walks. Top of the valley, so everywhere is downhill but means you have great views.

Babs could not have been more helpful and even made a special purchase as we were using the sofa bed. Perhaps the listing should make it clear how far the farm is out of town. Noone's fault, but the road systems in P y P are a nightmare!!!

Wow, what an excellent spacious family cottage with all the facilities needed to enjoy a beautiful holiday break. So many facilities for children. From a fantastic large patio area with secure fencing for younger children to a trampoline for the older. A beautiful setting over looking the valley's. Babs the owner was lovely and always helpful with any queries we had. The cake and wine which greeted us on arrival was very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful week on the farm. The property is managed to such a high standard and everything has been thought of. The welcome cake and wine was an extra special touch! The children did not play with any of the toys we brought with as the offering at the farm is beyond generous. What more could you want than a hot tub overlooking the stunning landscape of south Wales while friendly sheep graze in the field next to you. Babs is a lovely host and nothing was a bother. We hope to be back someday!

Babs was very attentive from the start, communicating with us regarding our requirements and making sure everything was perfect for our arrival. We were very impressed with the gorgeous house and the garden which was a fantastic safe space for my 2yr old nephew to run around. He was in awe of the outdoor and indoor toys which kept him occupied for hours. We were very lucky with the weather and one day we spent sunbathing on the sunbeds, and in the hot tub, had a fab BBQ, felt like we were abroad! Not near another property so didnt have to worry about bothering anyone with noise and music except the sheep! Bedrooms, bathrooms were lovely and everywhere was beautifully clean. Cakes and wine waiting for us on arrival. Had the best few days away. Would definitely go back again. Thank you so much Babs xx

Babs and the team at Ty Ffarm have done a terrific job in presenting a holiday farmhouse which thoroughly deserves a Perfect 10! Beautifully located with superb views in a peaceful and tranquil setting, Ty Ffarm is excellently equipped both inside and out, spotlessly clean with everything a party of up to 10 could want. Highlights are the outdoor hot tub, bbq and play area and inside the family kitchen, two drawing rooms and comfortable bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Nothing can be faulted and we look forward to our next visit!

Wonderful house! 10 of us stayed for a Hen party, and this house was perfect! The bedrooms were lovely, lots of space downstairs with 2 living areas and a large kitchen. The garden was my favourite part, the weather wasnt great but we still managed to enjoy the hot tub, with the gorgeous views! And It was really easy to use! Babs was so friendly and helpful, I messaged her many times before we arrived, asking questions and she was always fast to reply with the answers and very kind! The cake and fizz were a lovely surprise on arrival. There was a really helpful folder on arrival, which had a list of takeaway places, so we ordered in on the Friday. We went into Cardiff on the Saturday night and Babs sent me a list of taxi numbers so we could arrange it beforehand. It took about 30 minutes to get into the centre. I would highly recommend this house!

We had a fabulous time at Ty Ffarm although much too short. The venue was ideal for the large family that we are and everyone expressed an interest in returning for a longer stay next time. I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is the most beautiful house with outstanding views this place really is breathtaking. We booked this for a hen party and it was perfect. Amazing hot tub and 30minutes into Cardiff. The road leading the property was a little bumpy and the party bus went hired had fun getting to the house!! Other than that it was idyllic thank you so much for having us

The accommodation was perfect and it was home from home for us. Our granddaughters loved the toys, and the grandsons loved the garden. We loved the farmhouse vibe and we all enjoyed being able to eat together around the kitchen table. The views were stunning. The cake and bubbly were a nice touch. We would highly recommend and sure we will return.

We are a Charity based in Pontypridd, we support parentcarers of children with neurodiverse conditions. We took 10 parentcarers on a respite weekend so they had an opportunity to relax, and recover from their demanding caring role. We all had an amazing time at Ty Ffarm, what an incredible house. We loved the layout, the hot tub and the close proximity to where our parentcarers live so they could get home if they needed to. Babs and her husband were fantastic, Babs communication was second to none, and her husband light the fires before our arrival as it was very cold, he also took in our Tesco delivery that arrived an hour and half too early! We will be back early next year, a little gem. Thank you Babs and hubby for welcoming us. One negative was the communication through Sykes Cottages, we had real trouble getting in touch with them.

Our second time staying at the farm and we loved it as much this time as last time. The house is so beautiful and really well equipped. We love the log burning fires which makes the house feel even more cozy and luxurious and the hot tub is amazing, especially at night under the stars. The hosts are really lovely and the extra little personal touches are extremely thoughtful cake and bubbly is always a winner! 1010 yet again.

We have never stayed somewhere so well equipped. There are so many books, toys and games which my children loved playing with, especially in the garden. The views surrounding the house are amazing and we all enjoyed going for local walks. The house is spacious and very comfortable. Weve stayed at Ty Ffarm for the last 3 years to enjoy New Year celebrations as a familyit quickly became the childrens favourite time over the festive period. Cant recommend this cosy farmhouse enough, its spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The hosts are also super accommodating, helpful and lovely. We are sad that we are unable to return for a 4th year, the only reason being that we have outgrown the spacewith 18 of us booking for 2024. I hope to be back again at some point though! X

The place is maintained so well. Really appreciate the manner you have incorporated modern contemporary interior in a 16th century old house taking utmost care to maintain the living room as it is. We two families and grandma had a brilliant week which started off with a treat of wine and cake! The kitchen is particularly well equipped I often bring bits from my own but didn't need anything! We were lucky with the weather so didn't use the extensive variety of games on offer but again there was no need to bring your own. The hot tub was used everyday sometimes twice with everyone enjoying the views. What a shame our ladies didn't win the World Cup plenty of room for us all to watch the final together in the TVgames lounge.

Ty Ffarm is a beautifully renovated home set in peaceful rolling hills. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating a special birthday as a multigenerational family of 12. The house is immaculate and so well equipped both indoors and outdoors with a huge selection of games for rainy days and a beautiful outdoor space with hot tub, BBQ and trampoline for dry weather days. Towels, cosy blankets and outdoor toys are also a plenty. Communication from Babs was excellent and super friendly and the birthday treats and bubbly on arrival were a lovely touch.
